About

Born and raised in the city of Chicago, Illinois, my childhood was permeated with a deep fascination for the world of productions. Movies, cameras, live sound, and lighting displays captivated my young mind, igniting a flame of passion. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the Church, I found myself surrounded by opportunities to explore my interests. It was during my formative years that I got my first taste of the exhilarating world of live production. At the age of 12, I discovered the intricate art of audio engineering at the First Baptist Church in New Braunfels, Texas. Under the wise guidance of experienced mentors, I approached the Yamaha M7CL soundboard, eager to unlock its secrets. Little did I know that this would be the pivotal moment that forever sealed my love for audio audio. During the year 2020, I graduated high school and started attending Dallas Baptist University, perusing a degree in Computer Science, but I quickly realized that I did not want to go into software development. While in Foundations of Computer Science, two weeks into my first semester, I changed my degree to Broadcast/Digital Media, and will graduate in December 2023. DBU has enabled me and introduced me to so many people that have helped in my journey through growing as an Audio Engineer. I am extremely blessed to be able to use my skills to showcase the beauty of God’s Creation through sight and sound.
